James Kunker Obituary

Brockport: On August 29, 2019. James had a great love of learning, especially of history, and threw himself into everything he did. James was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marine Corp with the rank of Lance Corporal. He was generous, open, loyal, and had a great sense of humor. James is loved and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his parents Richard A. and Marie Kunker; sisters and brothers, Richard C., David A. (Rhonda), Sharon Fox, Elaine (David) Bannon, Jennifer (Greg) Martin, Steven (Cheri), Paul, Benjamin & Timothy Kunker; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles & cousins. A military funeral will be held Thursday, September 26th at 11:00am at the Bath National Cemetery, VA Medical Center, San Juan Avenue, Bath, NY 14810. A memorial for close family will follow the funeral. The parents and family will have a bonfire on Friday, September 27th from 5-9pm and receive friends & visitors in their home at that time.
