She is survived by children Keith (Lisa) Wing and Michelle (Corey) Barry; grandchildren Rachael and Valerie; Madison & Hunter; great-granddaughter Autumn; sister Diane Bassett; brothers Neil, Duane, David, Doug and Dale VanSlyke; cousin Lloyd Hall; nieces; nephews and other cousins.
