Buffalo: Elbert passed away on January 20, 2019. He was predeceased by his father Elbert Raymond Brewer. He is survived by his mother Neberta Jones; his wife Merlene Wells-Brewer; sons Adam Michael Wells and Madan Kiril Brewer; daughter Dasia Rayel Brewer and sisters Nita Evelyn Tatum and Laura Ann Brewer; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family & friends. Memorial Services will be announced at a later date.
