Brian Stell Obituary

Brian M. Stell died suddenly on November 21st, at the age of 59. From his birth, he had an avid love of the outdoors of which he passed on to his children and grandchildren through his devotion to them.He is predeceased by his mother Eileen Boisvert and step-father Larry Boisvert. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, family and friends that he was loved and respected by.Brian Stell was born and raised in the Canandaigua area where he graduated and later went on to RIT. He served and was proud of his many years of service in the United States Marines Corps.He had a love for the outdoors that ran deep in his blood. He was a member of Rochester Bowhunters and Creekwood Archery, and a devoted fisherman. He enjoyed kayaking, hiking, running dogs and family bonfires. He was generous and always willing to lend a helping hand and could strike up a conversation with anyone. His determination and strong work ethic served him well in life and can be seen mirrored in those he influenced the most. Brian's children and grandchildren were the pride and joy of his life. He was well loved by many and those whose fabrics of their life were intertwined with his will forever feel the tear.His services will be held at Sampson Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 6632 State Rte 96A, Romulus, NY 14541 on Friday, December 1st at 12 noon. A luncheon to celebrate his life will be held at St. Dominics Parish Recreation Center at 11am on Saturday, December 2nd located at 95 W. Main St, Shortsville, NY 14548. Friends and family are invited and encouraged to attend both.
