Frances Driscoll Obituary
On July 5, 2022. Predeceased by her sisters Helen Tostanoski and Carol Turner. She is survived by daughter Kate (Kevin) Kreutzer; granddaughter Juliana Kreutzer; brother George Rigby; sister Viola Albert; many nieces, nephews and friends. At Fran's request, services and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider a donation to the Sweden Senior Center.
