J. Graziano "AJ" Andrew

Greece: AJ passed away suddenly on May 22, 2018 at age 30. He was predeceased by maternal grandparents Dominic and Louise Polimen and paternal grandfather Andrew Graziano. AJ is survived by his adoring parents Daryl and Patricia Graziano; loving sisters Lynsie (Bray) Jones and Darrah Graziano; nephew Louis Mancini; paternal grandmother Jean Burleigh and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Andrew was a beautiful soul and will be forever loved and missed. No prior calling hours. All are invited to his Funeral Mass On June 16, 2018 at 9:30 am at St. Lawrence Church on N. Greece Road.
