Janet B. McBride

Janet B. McBride, 63 of Syracuse passed away peacefully with her daughter Kortney and sisters Jean and Nancy by her side. Janet was a fun-loving woman who loved and appreciated music, animals, gardening, exotic jewelry, riding motorcycles, and cultural diversity. Janet was a fierce advocate for people with disabilities which was demonstrated during her time as the Executive Director at ARISE in Oswego county. 

Janet was predeceased by her father William, brother Billy, and niece Jennifer. 

Surviving Janet, to cherish her memory, are her daughter Kortney; granddaughter Abigaille; mother Janet; sisters Jean and Nancy; brother John; nephew Allan-Michael; nieces Elizabeth and Carley, as well as her step-sister Penni, and many aunts and uncles.
