He is survived by his parents Edward Reichart & Trudy Davis-Neff; sisters Laurie (Jim Wagner) Borcyk, Melanie (Marc Butcher) Reichart; nieces; nephews; aunts; uncles & cousins.Family & friends are invited to a Celebration of Jeff's Life on Saturday, September 23 at 10 am at Greece Assembly of God, 750 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14612.
