Joseph W. Hammond (Joe), 64, passed away on February 16, 2026. He was born on September 27, 1961, to Leo and Patricia, who predeceased him.

Joe spent his career working in the flooring industry, where he was known for his hard work, reliability, and the way he could make anyone laugh. His sense of humor and the easy way he connected with others will be remembered by everyone who knew him.
He was a proud lifetime member of the West Bloomfield Fire Hall, and a dedicated Sons of the American Legion (SAL) member at the Lima Legion, where he built lasting friendships and served his community with heart.
