Marcia Trail Obituary

This Saint we call Mommy, Grandma (Nema), Sister and friend, finished Her faith race, and was called home to be with our Lord in Glory.

Everyone who was touched by her precious heart was abundantly blessed. We know that she has left some of her incredible spirit with us here on earth. Her legacy of unconditional love and acceptance will remain an active presence in our lives. She would want us to remember what God taught her in the words she spoke to us, “Hold hands and pray. Have faith. His will be done.” This is the Peace of God that surpasses all understanding, given to us as we witnessed her taking her first helicopter ride, overcoming her greatest fear of flying on her very last day with us. As a family of faith we are so grateful for this miracle. As in that moment, God made the impossible possible.

“Often we say that Christ will meet us on the other side. That is true of course but misleading. Let us never forget that he walks with us on this side of the curtain that guides us through the opening.”                                      (A quote by Erwin Lutzer)
