Palmyra, NY: Died on Sunday June 17, 2018 at the VA Hospital in Canandaigua, NY. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at 11,30 am on Saturday, June 23 the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 2801 Temple Rd. In Palmyra, NY.Robert was born in Coldwater, NY to Howard Skeels and Grace Wentz. He retired from Garlock after 44 years of service as a Materials Engineer. He also served in the Armed Forces of the US Navy.He is survived by his wife of 42 years Nancy Aliff Skeels; children James R. Skeels, Karen L. Miley of New Port Richey, FL and Robin A. Phillips of Dallas, TX; 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
