On December 24, 2023. He is predeceased by his parents William & Jean Woodard and his sister Michelle Woodard. He is survived by his son Steve Woodard Jr and daughter Nevaeh Woodard; siblings Meribeth (Larry) Titus, Brian Woodard, Thomas Woodard, Laurie Polimeni, Shirley Polimeni, David Polimeni, Josh Polimeni, and Jonathon Polimeni; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services and interment will be private.
