Todd passed away unexpectedly on July 17, 2020. He was predeceased by his mother Havah Smith Moon; father Eugene Smith; step-father George Moon; brothers Leonard Britton, Joshua Burley and Carl Smith. He is survived by siblings Glen (Marie) Britton, Dian Ghysel, Havah S.E. Hume, Eugene (Brian Pettit) Plakosh, Judy Montana and Havah Cindi Kuhn; loving nieces; nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews.
