Vivian Parish Obituary

Vivian Yvonne Parish passed peacefully into God’s glory and love on Friday, July 24, 2020, at the age of 58. Vivian’s most significant accomplishment was that she was a writer of short stories. She also composed beautiful poetry and prose and was an avid fan of James Patterson novels.
She was helpful and caring, making herself available to those who loved and needed her, including family, friends, neighbors and acquaintances.
She is predeceased by mother Kate Mae Parish (1973), and her brother Charles K. Parish (2017). Father George C. Parish passed away posthumously on July 31, 2020.
Vivian is survived by her brother and sisters, Robert Parish, Catherine Parish, Loretta Godbold-Parish,
and nieces and nephews Alisa Godbold, Denise Fountaine, Felicia Godbold, Gregory Parish, Phillip Godbold, Robert Parish, Jr., Sabrina Mills, and Tacarra and Landis Windom.
A private celebration of Vivian’s life will be held at the convenience of the family.
