Died November 9, 2018 at home.  Born December 19, 1952 in Buffalo NY, she was the daughter of the late Raphael and Jeanette Pilarski.   She married Craig A. Weise onSeptember 11, 1982

Patti was a dedicated Emergency Medical Social Worker who worked at St. Mary’s Hospital, Strong Memorial and Newark-Wayne Community Hospital. She graduated from Pittsford High School, from Roberts Wesleyan with a BSW and was a member of the first class from Roberts Wesleyan to earn a MSW.  She was a founding member of Pittsford Volunteer Ambulance and an Emeritus member of Henrietta Volunteer Ambulance where she served as Dispatcher, Medic, Driver, Advanced Life Support Provider, and was on the Board of Directors. She also worked for Gates Ambulance and Southeast Quadrant MCCU.  As an EMT, ALS instructor/evaluator, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Instructor, Patti was a founding member of the Monroe-Livingston Critical Incident Debriefing team and taught about critical incident stress and emergency mental health.  She was a researcher in Field Termination.  Patti was an avid Bills fan, a love she got from her father.

She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years Craig and caring son David, sister Claire (Robert) Henrichs, of Lisbon, Portugal, brothers Mark (Darlene) Pilarski, Rush, NY, and Timothy (Jeanine), Priest River, IDalong with godsons Colin Pilarski and Collen Bowen, nephewsAdam Pilarski, Alex Pilarski, Timothy Pilarski and a niece Melissa Henrichs,  Step-son James (Rya) Weise, Gates, NY, and grandchildren Brandon, Nathan and Ella Rose Weise, Chili, NY.

Patti was predeceased by her father Raphael Pilarski, mother Jeanette Pilarski, and godson Jason Skwieralski,and her beloved dog, Bentley.

A memorial service will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to in her name to the Wayne County Humane Society, 1475 County House Road, Lyons, NY 14489 or South Perinton United Methodist Church, 291 Wilkinson Road, Fairport, NY 14450.
